Hello! I'm Melanie.

As a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, I have witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the Tampa Bay area into one of the most sought-after places to live.

If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-informed buyer from the strongest possible negotiating position.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible for all questions or concerns.

Prior to entering into real estate, I enjoyed a 10 -year career as a Dental Hygienist. Melanie earned her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004 from St. Petersburg College.

In my spare time enjoy cheering on my two children playing sports, going to the beach, and discovering all the amazing activities the Tampa Bay area has to offer.
